Steef Wins the Masters Class at the All City Championships!
The legend known as Steef braved the elements on August 18th and rode to glory at the All City Championships! He rocked the Masters class to a first place, 2nd Overall. He was last seen celebrating with a snifter of port and some relaxing music. Right on brother! Check out the full details of the alley cat race on mplsbikelove.com.

The Minnesota Faction Returns From Rockford!!!

Holy cats. We did it. Rockford 2007 was an experience. We tore it up!!!! We had a ton of cool cats down there and the Minnesota Faction is an
incredible group of people. The first wave of guys hit IL on Thursday, and the fun started there. The car was packed to the roof with gear, pop up tents and bikes. Thursday was a late night catching up with old friends and new ones, totally cool evening!

Friday, some of the guys hit the it was time to hit the track for some racing action. That was totally rad! Paul Springer, Doug Carlson and Rod "Snakebite" Byrnes were out there tearing it up in the incredible heat. Paul Smith, Bill Sympson and crew hit the skatepark and have some great photos but paid their dues to El Sol. We wrapped up the evening with a group of 15 of us having dinner at Don Pablos with special guests Dr. Frankenripper and Ray Beard.

Saturday. Incredible. We headed out at 8am for the track and there were already DOZENS of bikes and a ton of old schoolers. Within hours there were literally hundreds of bikes lined up. By the end of the day the Faction hung with a bunch of VintageBMXers everyone had a great time. Until the winds picked up and tossed a popup into the crowd. Within minutes bikes and displays were packed up and everyone headed to Lino's for the banquet. Someone named Bob Haro was scheduled to speak that night too. Har har.

I was so stoked to see all the Faction shirts at the VintageBMX banquet on Saturday night!
